Akoya Hotels – Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the services provided by Akoya Hotels, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our facilities.
1. Reservation Policy
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to secure a booking.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan or promotion.
Failure to cancel within the allowed period or no-shows may result in a one-night charge.
4. Identification Requirements
Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, Aadhaar, driving license, etc.) is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
Foreign nationals must present a passport with a valid visa.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and hotel property.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations without refund if misconduct or violations occur.
6. Payment Terms
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, or cash (within legal limits).
All extras (meals, mini-bar, services) must be paid for before departure.
7. Liability & Damages
Guests are liable for any loss or damage caused to hotel property.
Akoya Hotels is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings not secured in the in-room safe.
8. Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and indoor public areas.
Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas only, as per local laws.
9. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on the premises, except for registered service animals.
10. Visitor Policy
Guests may receive visitors between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Overnight stays by visitors require registration and may incur extra charges.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Guest information is stored securely and used only for booking, service communication, and marketing (with consent).
We do not share your personal data with third parties without permission.
12. Force Majeure
Akoya Hotels shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.).
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the hotel is located.
